WORLD YOUTH DAY
The World Youth Day, often called by the acronym GMG is an international meeting of spirituality and culture of young Catholics, promoted by the Catholic Church on the initiative of Papa Giovanni Paolo II in 1985.
The last was held on March 29, 2015.
In 2016, the meeting is scheduled from July 26 to August 1 in Krakow in Poland.
Krakow is a Polish city of 756 300 residents of southern Poland, one of the oldest and largest of the state.
